This transformation will help the company to expand its business and also will enable it to manage both its non-profit organization and its for-profit organization.

Responsibilities:
Custom Programs:
• Developed Price List Conversion program:
This program would load price lists from external source to staging tables using External table concept and then would load into interface tables after validating the data. This program can be re-used whenever a price list needs to be uploaded into the system.
• Responsibility Load Automation:
This program would load responsibilities from external source to staging tables and from staging table to base tables. Also, this program would assign responsibilities to the users. This program can be re-used whenever responsibilities need to be loaded.
• Developed a script to push the Outbound File to third Party FTP Site:
This 
program will push the outbound file to third party FTP site. The pl/sql program extract the file to local directory. The shell script pushes the file to client’s FTP site.

Reports using XML Publisher:
• Customized Order Letter using BI Publisher (.xml) with Data template: The customer facing document, Order letter is created using Data template based on the business requirements. Different rtf templates are created to support multiple languages.
• Customized Quote Letter using BI Publisher (.xml) with Data template: The customer facing document, Quote letter is created using Data template based on the business requirements. Different rtf templates are created to support multiple languages.
• Prepared the MD070s from MD050 for different objects.
Reports using Reports Builder:
• Customized Invoice Letter using Reports Builder (.rdf) with Data template: The generation of invoice letter in AR using Bill Presentment Architecture (BPA) and as well using the Customized program. With rdf as Execution method and different rtf templates are created to support multiple languages.

UNDERWRITERS LAB, INC. UL is a very well-known and a monopolist in the field of safety
certifications not only in the USA but throughout the world. The implementation was done by
IBM and Infosys handles the maintenance and support. Primary expectations are 24/7 support
and change requests. Some major enhancement projects also were undertaken by Infosys. Infosys
supports the Oracle Apps as a whole with UL. There are very few or almost no manufacturers
who are not customers of UL. It is almost impossible selling a product, especially electrical and
electronics, in the USA without the label of UL on it. The association of Infosys with UL has
been very good and Infosys has attained lots of appreciations and awards from the UL.

Description:
AT&T Inc. is an American multinational telecommunications. AT&T is the largest provider both of mobile telephony and of fixed telephony in the United States, and also provides broadband subscription television services. AT&T strictly follows ITIL process for their day to day business and our project is to maintain and to give support to their existing applications.

Responsibilities:
• Handling the entire process individually ensuring prospering SLAs are met from a Change and reporting perspective.
• Preparing Technical Assurance Review (TAR) reports on a weekly basis and organizing the TAR Call with Life Cycle Management, Project Management and Service Delivery Management teams to confirm the proceeding of change controls.
• Announcing the updates on past Weeks Change controls along with the appropriate closure codes on weekly Project status call with an explanation on Unsuccessful records.
• Attending the Client Architecture and Engineering call to follow the schedules and requirements of upcoming change control requests.
• Scoring the Change controls to appropriate Change Advisory Boards depending on the Complexity, Risk and Criticality of the Change and representing them on Change Advisory Board calls with appropriate approvals in order to get them Authorized.
• Updating Change implementing resources, Project Managers, MSS, NQI, eVPN, DTAC, Avaya and MLAN Engineering teams about the change approvals and authorizations in a timely fashion to make sure everything is in place before the change activity starts.
